Scope

Description

Framework agreement with appointed suppliers to provide a range of reactive and planned maintenance works and services, to include but not limited to:

1) Reactive general building works

2) Reactive electrical maintenance works

3) Reactive plumbing

4) Reactive air conditioning/ventilation works

5) Reactive roofing

6) Reactive drainage works

7) Planned & reactive maintenance of passenger lifts

8) Installation, planned & reactive maintenance of auto doors/shutters

9) Installation, planned & reactive intruder alarm & security systems maintenance

10) Installation, planned & reactive fire alarm systems & emergency lighting maintenance

11) Installation, planned & reactive heating system installation & maintenance
