The scope of the Contract works is the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to a range of domestic water and sewage pumps and water hygiene monitoring regimes. Additionally, the following services will be required from time to time, subject to instructions.
•Remedial works as part of the PPM regime.
•ACOP-L8 water services risk assessments for new development schemes.
•Completion of 2 yearly reviews of existing ACOP-L8 water services risk assessments.
•Remedial works identified as part of water hygiene monitoring regimes or from ACOP-L8 water services risk assessments or reviews.
•Staff training.
•The pump PPM aspect of the contract shall also include a 24-hour responsive call-out facility.
