two.2.4) Description of the procurement
Terra Nova Developments Limited, Great Places Housing Group's construction arm, is setting up a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the supply of goods, works and/or services to support its various construction projects. The DPS is set up based on 22 categories, to start off with, initially for a period of five years.
If you are interested in becoming a Participating Supplier from the DPS launch, you must submit your Request to Participate (RTP) before the Initial RTP Submission Deadline. However, RTPs will be welcome over the whole DPS period.
The assessment of RTPs will allow Terra Nova to select suitable and properly qualified suppliers experienced in providing goods, works and/or services similar to those being sought under this DPS. There is no limit to the number of suppliers accepted into each category. Suppliers may be accepted onto several categories at once.

For the avoidance of doubt, all costs incurred by any applicant and/or tenderer before signature of any contract with the Contracting Authority shall be incurred entirely at that applicant's/tenderer's risk.
