The Education Alliance are looking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System for professional services in construction and premises contracts within the UK (excluding Scotland). The DPS Agreement will cover projects including, but is not limited to, new builds, extensions, refurbishments, housing builds, multi-complex builds, works covering the railway industry, infrastructure projects, etc. The procurement will be a single stage process following the Public Contract Regulations 2015 open procedure. The DPS agreement will be established and coincide with the recently awarded framework for professional services in construction and premises 2024 and will be coterminous in April 2028. The DPS will be split in to 22 categories, this DPS agreement is being advertised and tendered, so it can be utilised by all Public-sector bodies, including Charities in the UK (excluding Scotland).
