The University of Birmingham invites tenders for the Refrigeration equipment maintenance, including Planned Preventative Maintenance and reactive maintenance. The Food, Beverage and retail department is a multi-site department including large production kitchens, smaller catering sites, branded stores, bars and hospitality events at the main Edgbaston campus, Medical School site, Selly Oak campus and sites located at the Vale student residence and City centre locations. Equipment maintenance will include the management of asset lists. Contractors will be invited on a guided tour of the site and will be expected to advise the University in a proactive approach to optimising the life of equipment, and during the term of the contract, maintaining a sustainable approach.
