The system will be modern and intuitive and will provide the required functionality for Council staff alongside partners and families to manage Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Provision including the efficient and effective management of Education Health Care Plans (EHCP's) to improve outcomes for families and schools across the SEND partnership
