Services and will be between Croydon Church Housing Association and the successful bidder. SEC will not be party to any contract, but we will be running the procurement process on behalf of our client.

South East Consortium (SEC) are running this procurement on behalf of Croydon Churches Housing Association. The contract for the Concierge Services will be between Croydon Church Housing Association and the successful bidder. SEC will not be party to any contract, but we will be running the procurement process on behalf of our client. Contract duration is for an initial 2 years with the option to extend by three one-year extensions (2+1+1+1) and the budget is GBP 250k excluding VAT per annum.
