Birmingham City Council (the Council) is seeking to appoint an organisation to design, build, operate and manage a community and sport’s resource at the Signal Hayes site, off Weaver Road in Sutton Coldfield.The Council will be conducting this procurement exercise using the Competitive Procedure with Negotiation in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (the Regulations). A minimum lease on a Design, Build, Operate and Maintain contract of 15 years will be entered into with the Council and the successful tenderer.
