CGDL seeks to appoint a Project Manager led team comprising of an Architect (Design Lead), Civil & Structural Engineer, Building Services Engineer, Sustainability & BREEAM Assessor, Landscape Architect and Principal Designer in line with RIBA Plan of Work 2020.
The form of contractor procurement has yet to be determined, however it is anticipated that a single-stage Design & Build form of Contract, tendered at the end of Stage 3/4 will likely be adopted, with the Design Team being novated to the successful contractor.
