The Council requires a competent organisation to manage North House Accommodation Facility on behalf of London Borough of Bexley.

North House is a council owned building with a managed service for the provision of accommodation for the homeless of the London Borough of Bexley. It is located in the north of the Borough and houses up to. a maximum of 15 adults and 5 infants at any one time. The accommodation comprises 10 individual 1 bedroomed flats on the first floor and 5 bed sit properties on the ground floor with individual kitchenettes. All flats come with their own shower room and toilet.

The successful Managing Agent will facilitate 24-hour cover, 7 days a week by way of residential caretaking services. The Managing Agent will be required to manage the property, including capacity and referrals, residents, cleaning and other management responsibilities
