NHS Lanarkshire, on behalf of south Lanarkshire ADP, wish to commission an organisation(s) who as the lead provider(s) will work alongside south Lanarkshire ADP to ensure individuals impacted or affected by substance use who require advocacy services are supported to express their views, wishes, stand up for their rights and offered support for their voice to be heard.

The service will ensure advocacy provision is offered across the 4 localities of south Lanarkshire
