two.1.4) Short description
Nottinghamshire County Council require a Provider/Providers of Care, Support and Enablement services to deliver two Supported Living schemes in the district of Bassetlaw, Nottinghamshire.
The Providers will be required to facilitate the provision of the accommodation via their relationship with a Housing Provider/Providers and deliver the Care, Support and Enablement services required to meet the needs of the people residing within the accommodation.
The services are configured in two Lots. Bids may be submitted for either one, or both of the Lots.

two.2.4) Description of the procurement
It is a requirement of this tender that bidders can demonstrate a minimum of three years’ experience of delivering Care, Support and Enablement (CSE) services for adults (mainly aged 18-64) with disabilities within Supported Living accommodation-based services which incorporate communal facilities and are staffed on a 24-hour basis.
Whilst most of the CSE services required under the Contracts will fall outside of the scope of the Care Quality Commission’s (CQC) definition of Regulated Activity, it is a requirement of this tender that bidders have an active registration with the CQC for delivering personal care services. The successful bidder/s will need to ensure that any personal care delivered in relation to these services is covered by their CQC registration/s before the Contracts commence.
Lot 1: 8 units of self-contained accommodation providing 8 tenancies in the Bassetlaw district of Nottinghamshire. The accommodation must also include a staff room with shower facility and communal space.
The accommodation must be available for occupation no later than 3 months after the award date.
The Contract will have a maximum term of 25 years. This will be configured as an initial term of 5 years and will then continue on an annual rolling renewal basis for up to a further 20 years.
The estimated annual Contract value of Lot 1 is £720,928. The total Contract value over the maximum potential term of 25 years for Lot 1 is £18,023,200.

The Contract will have a maximum term of 25 years. This will be configured as an initial term of 5 years and will then continue on an annual rolling renewal basis for up to a further 20 years.
The estimated annual Contract value of Lot 2 is £991,276. The total Contract value over the maximum potential term of 25 years for Lot 2 is £24,781,900.
