The City invites Quotations for the provision of Fit out works at City Junior School project.
CLS & CLSG are looking to expand by relocating and converting their current prep schools into a junior school on a satellite site. The intention is for pupils to be enrolled into the new junior school in September 2022. A satellite site has been found at the old College of Law in Gray’s Inn (4 Gray’s Inn). This chosen site will need to be remodeled and refurbished to suit primary education and the requirements of the City Junior School. The structural works have be tendered separately. This tender is for the fit out works as detailed below:
- Architectural - Full fit out & procurement including all partitions & finishes for the following spaces as per the included drawings & specification;
