Campus Food and Drink within Queen’s wishes to appoint an Economic Operator who can Supply and Deliver Fresh Meat and Poultry to the Great Hall and Riddel Hall. The products supplied must be fresh produce and never previously frozen. Queen’s offers sought after venues for pre-dinner receptions, formal dinner events and catering for meetings and conferences. Queen’s provide many high profile events for the University which include prominent people from the world of business, politics and royalty, as well as international guests. Given its place in Northern Ireland society and its reputation the University is fully committed to using high quality local produce with full traceability and the University expects that any meat and poultry they purchase will be of the highest standards. The appointed Economic Operator will also facilitate the ad hoc requirements for Campus Food and Drink across a variety of locations within Queen’s Campus.
