Hampshire County Council, on behalf of Adopt South, is inviting suitably qualified organisations who wish to be considered to join an Open Framework for Adoption Support Therapies. The purpose of the Framework is to increase access to therapeutic providers and specialist assessors to provide services to children and families. The Framework will be always open/ for new suppliers to join after the initial evaluation of submissions.

The Open Framework will be for a duration of two years with optional extension period(s) totalling not more than 12 months.

The provision of these services and assessments are required to meet the eligibility criteria for the Adoption & Special Guardian Support Fund(ASGSF).

two.2.4) Description of the procurement

This is an Open Framework procured under the Light Touch Regime.

The procurement model would comprise of three tiers. The first would be the Framework itself which Tenderers will need to successfully enrol on by completing Stage One (Enrolment). Once Tenderers have successfully completed Stage One, they will then need to complete Stage Two (Call Off) pertaining to Assessors and or therapists depending on what services they will provide. Once these two stages are completed Tenderers will be eligible to receive referrals so the third tier will be the individual placement stage.
