Basildon Council requires a suitably experienced and qualified Contractor to provide supplementary enforcement services to tackle environmental issues such as littering, fly-tipping and dog fouling but with a scope to potentially increase this to other offences in the future.
To reduce litter, fly-tipping and dog fouling within the borough by demonstrating that irresponsible behaviour will be tackled by way of enforcement action, mainly by issuing Fixed Penalty Notices (FPN’s) to offenders.
