Knowsley Council are looking to let Cockpit House to a tenant for a period of 25 years as a space for creative and maker industries. There are two distinct phases to any agreement we would enter: firstly the converting and altering Cockpit House to its new use (‘the capital phase’) and secondly the routine year-to-year operation and management of Cockpit House after construction works complete (‘the revenue phase’).
