Blackpool Council is looking to appoint a suitably qualified and technically competent Contractor to provide repair and maintenance services for a very varied portfolio of properties and assets mostly across the town of Blackpool.
Please see the specification and accompanying documents for the full scope of activity required under this agreement.
Blackpool Council wishes to appoint a single Contractor who can clearly demonstrate the ability to meet our requirements and who offers the most economically advantageous tender.
It is anticipated that the contract term will be from 1st October 2024 to 30th September 2026 (2 year), with the option to extend for a period of 1 year (subject to contract review and budget availability).
TUPE - It has been advised that TUPE will apply for the requirements. Before any workforce information (including that relating to pensions) can be supplied Tenderers are required to complete and return the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) issued with the Tender documents.
