We are seeing a supplier to provide a Database to replace our existing Apricot database which can be used to message and phone clients. Any procured service should be fully compatible for ‘working from anywhere’ to support the flexible working approach of the modern workplace. Preferred service access would be via the public internet using modern web browsers.

We are seeking suitable suppliers to supply a new database to replace our existing Apricot system. The database should to be able to triage (filter) victims to the correct department to help with victims.

To send and receive messages and telephone calls and to store all correspondence on victims profiles.

Service, maintain, upgrade (including adding licenses) and customer support.

Able to hide sensitive information, only certain departments can see specific information.

We anticipate to run an open procurement process depending on the responses received from this PIN. Bidders maybe asked to participate in an engagement exercise.

Off the shelf product is an option with the ability to add upgrade and the addition of custom features (if needed).

TVP are adopting a cloud first strategy, hosted within the UK. The cloud first strategy allows for an ‘evergreen’ software platform from suppliers meaning the forces always have the latest version of the provided software and all version updates are fully managed on the cloud platform by the supplier.

Migration of data from Apricot to new database, support of Apricot will need to be included until it is shut down.
