Description

Southwark Council is inviting Tenders for the provision of insurances coverage and associated services various insurance policies. The contract(s) is/are likely to last a maximum of 5 years.

Southwark Council's tender is an opportunity for the provision of insurance covering the principal classes of Property, Casualty and Motor and some small, ancillary covers such as personal accident and school travel. The companies providing the Insurance cover for Lots 3 and 8 will also handle claims relating to the policies. The insurance policies scope is divided in the following lots:

Description of possible extension:

The Insurance cover in all Lots is for an initial period of three (3) years with the option to extend for any period or periods up to a maximum of two (2) further years.

Options

The right to additional purchases while the contract is valid.

Cost assessment will represent 40% of the final assessment mark.

Quality assessment will represent 60% of the final assessment mark.
