Description
Telford & Wrekin Council is seeking to commission a range of short term supported accommodation services for:
Short Term Supported Accommodation services for adults:
• For adults who are homeless or at risk of homelessness with a range of needs
Short Term Supported Accommodation services for young people:
• For young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness
• For young parents who are homeless or at risk of homelessness
• For young people with mental health needs and/or mild learning difficulties
Short Term Supported Accommodation services for adults and young people:
• For young people and adults who are homeless or at risk of homelessness
• For young parents who are homeless or at risk of homelessness
• For young people and adults with specific mental health needs and/or mild learning difficulties
The objective is to enable the Service User(s) to achieve independence, lead fulfilling lives and move on to general accommodation and thereby reduce the demand for acute services.
