The London Borough of Hackney and City of London would like to commission a provider to deliver its Primary Care Domestic Violence Identification and Referral Service. The Provider shall provide and manage the service for primary care in City & Hackney, through training of GP practice staff and support and advice to individuals experiencing domestic abuse. The service will deliver: 1. a simple and effective care pathway, allowing GP practice staff to refer people affected by domestic abuse. 2. specialist support to people experiencing domestic abuse 3. ongoing advocacy support to GP practice staff 4. regular training to GP practice staff 5. reports detailing statistical analysis on outcomes for the patients engaged with the service and how such information is being used to shape service improvement. 6. Direct work with practices who are not engaging with the commissioned programme to improve engagement and develop training as required. 7. Regular case studies detailing the impact of the service with service users
