Homes England is planning to appoint a national framework agreement of property professional and technical service providers to provide the full range of property and investment related services including, supporting acquisition and disposal activity, estate management services, investment and financial services, property/asset valuation services, lead and project management services and general professional advice and support. Individual commissions and appointments from the framework will be either be via direct award or further competition.
We intend to host a pre-market engagement webinar on Thursday 16th September 2pm to 4pm (time and date to be confirmed). If you are interested in attending please email propertyframework22@homesengland.gov.uk with your contact details and we will respond with a link to join the pre-market engagement webinar before this date.
As part of the pre-market engagement we have a questionnaire for interested organisations to complete. Please follow the Forms link within section I.3 to complete the questionnaire. The questionnaire will take around seven minutes to complete and the deadline for completion is Monday 13 September at 5.00pm.
The planned procurement of the framework itself is subject to Cabinet Office spend control approval.
