All heating and water systems should be tested, operational and functioning with the existing heating and water distribution systems in the school.

Handover and onsite training:

Commencement of works:

Phase 1 - Reception and Admin Area To be discussed at contract award stage as there is some flexibility with this phase. There is scope for this work to be carried out during normal school operating hours.

Completion of works:

Friday 31st October 2025

Unlike areas which impact directly on the delivery of education, there is scope for the Reception works to be carried out during term time however this must be completed by the end of the Autumn Term One.

Commencement of works:

Phase 3 - Heating Distribution and internal works Monday 5th January 2026

Works during term time will be discussed and agreed with the Headteacher as there should be minimal impact on education delivery.

Completion of works

Friday 28th August 2026

All heating and water systems should be operational and remedial decoration works completed in readiness for the start of the 2026 academic year.

All contractors MUST visit site prior to submitting their proposal. Site visits will take place between 12th May 2025 and 23rd May 2025 and should be arranged directly with the Trust Estates Manager:
