Provision of Planned and Responsive Maintenance of Lifts, etc, for New Forest District Council (NFDC) commencing 1 October 2024, 3-year term with 2 optional extension years for up to 12 months subject to performance and business need.

Scope Overview:

To provide Planned and Responsive Maintenance service for passenger and platform lifts, stairlift, through floor lifts and step lifts to a variety of properties across the New Forest District Council area. Properties include 3 offices blocks, sheltered housing, general needs housing and tenanted properties. These sites are scattered across the district and include sites within the New Forest National Park. See Appendix C3 – Tender Pricing Response for full address details.
