The Guinness Partnership Limited (TGP) and all of its subsidies are seeking to establish a

framework of suppliers to provide Pest Control Services to TGP, other companies in the TGP

Group and other third party framework users.

The primary aim of the service is the eradication and prevention of pests, both in communal

areas and within resident properties. In the main, the services will be on an ad hoc basis as

required, however in some areas a scheduled service on a monthly basis as a minimum may

be required.

The framework term will be for four years and is to be divided into seven geographical lots.
