Direct Payments are monetary payments made by Councils directly to individuals who have been assessed as having eligible needs for certain services. However, people may also need information and practical support to enable them to manage their DP. The support service will help people to manage their DPs by offering a range of advice and support including advice and support in relation to employing staff, payroll, and financial administration.
