Provision and support of a software service to manage availability, payroll and rostering of operational firefighters. The service will be accessible from any internet connected device, show current and future availability of resources and integrate with the existing mobilising system and council payroll processing system. It will be constantly accessed by approximately 750 users and be available 24 hrs a day, every day of the year. The service provided will be the primary tool for identifying the emergency response availability and associated skill levels for Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service. It will be expected to provide an extremely high level of resilience and service availability to ensure confidence in the reported levels of resources and to promote user confidence in the system. GD92 is the standard messaging and communication protocol used by the fire services command and control mobilising system and suppliers must be able to integrate and utilise this protocol in order for their bids to be considered.
