four.1) Description

four.1.8) Information about the Government Procurement Agreement (GPA)

The procurement is covered by the Government Procurement Agreement: No


Section six. Complementary information

six.3) Additional information

The contracting authority intends to contract for a four-year Framework Agreement on behalf of participating schools for the supply of school meals and a four-year Framework Agreement for the supply of catering services at Shire Hall. Either Lots 1 and 2 will be awarded separately or Lot 3. Bidders for Lot 1 will also be required to bid for Lot 2. The Authority reserves the right not to award any lot.

Site visits to a representative sample of schools and Shire Hall will take place on 14.09.2021. The number of representatives of each organisation will be restricted and the names of those attending will be required in advance.
