LHA wishes to procure a contractor for this contract. The works will consist of gutter cleaning to the majority of high level (3 or 4 Storey High) properties on behalf of Linthouse Housing Association as part of our Cyclical Maintenance Programme 2021 to 2026, generally within the Linthouse, Drumoyne and Langlands areas.

Minor repairs should be attended to when onsite.

Description of renewals

The provision of gutter cleaning is for a period of 3 years. The employer retains the right to extend, or not, the contract after the initial 3 years with two possible 12 month extensions.(3+1+1)

We will score Section C Technical, Part IV of the SPD to determine the six (6) highest scoring tenderers.

Tenderers at the SPD stage who score the required 70% threshold will be invited to tender for the works.
