LHA wishes to procure a contractor for this contract. The works will consist of gutter cleaning to the majority of high level (3 or 4 Storey High) properties on behalf of Linthouse Housing Association as part of our Cyclical Maintenance Programme 2021 to 2026, generally within the Linthouse, Drumoyne and Langlands areas.
Minor repairs should be attended to when onsite.

The provision of gutter cleaning is for a period of 3 years. The employer retains the right to extend, or not, the contract after the initial 3 years with two possible 12 month extensions.(3+1+1)
