Description

The Trust are looking to procure up to 32 patient focussed multi-media units to be secured and installed within patient bedrooms, de-escalation and seclusion spaces. These devices require an interactive touch screen that allows patient personalisation. They must be extremely robust and anti-ligature in design. They also require a staff-controlled manager device and software to control sensitive personal information such as individual care plans and Mental Health Act information that is subject to GDPR.

The units must be able to provide:

Interactive entertainment solutions

Television, Radio and Music

Staff / Patient therapeutic engagement tools

Relaxation screens, drawing and photos

Video communication via integrated camera and Nurse Call software

Safe display and management of personal confidential (Patient) information

21 units are to be purchased. A further 11 may be purchased subject to securing funding.
