The Authority has an operational requirement to provide temporary accommodation and essential veterinary care for dogs seized under the Dangerous Dogs Act (1991) and in respect of animal welfare offences. As such The Authority is seeking to appoint a number of kennels for the Provision of Kennelling and Veterinary treatment of Seized Dogs. The Contract shall be for an initial period of 2 years with a commencement date of 1st January 2022 to the 31st December 2024, with the option to extend for up to a further period of 36 months. Further information on the specification and requirements can be found within associated documents of which the closing date for receipt of Tenders is 12 noon on 21st September 2021.
