This is the market's opportunity to express its views on the Authority's current requirements, outline market developments and generally influence how solutions to the Authority's needs might be met. There is nothing for the Authority to evaluate or select in this activity.

Neither the PIN nor the PMC is a call for competition. Following PMC, the Authority may conclude that procurement is not the best solution to meet a particular strategy outcome. The Authority may conclude that it would be better to do something entirely different to the intent within this PMC. It is essential that any organisation participating in the PMC understands that a procurement opportunity is not guaranteed. Equally, involvement in the PMC by an organisation does not affect its positioning either positively or negatively should a procurement opportunity arise subsequently.

To find out more and access the PMC documentation and questionnaire, please visit - https://yortender.eu-supply.com/login.asp?B=YORTENDER and search for the opportunity using reference number identified in II.1.1 of this Prior Information Notice.

All questions and clarifications about the PMC must be submitted via the PMC on - https://yortender.eu-supply.com/login.asp?B=YORTENDER

two.2.14) Additional information

The Authority will be hosting a meet the buyer event on the 25th July 2023 at 2pm via TEAMs to provide an overview of its initial ideas contained in the PMC. There will also be time for questions. If you wish to attend the event, which will be 90 minutes, please send a message via the YORtender, including the e-mail address of the individual(s) who would like to attend.
