The NHS Christie Foundation Trust are looking to procure a Facilities Management Service Provider to maintain the newly developed Paterson Building, Manchester. The new ten storey 200,000 sq. ft research and office facility which will be home to approx.780 staff from the Trust, University of Manchester and Cancer Research UK. The proposed contract length will be for an initial 3 years with potential for two 1 year extension periods totalling 5 years.

The Service Provider shall provide a customer focused, professionally managed, high quality and value for money service for the duration of the Contract Period.

The NHS Christie Foundation Trust are looking to procure a Facilities Management Service Provider to maintain the newly developed Paterson Building, Manchester. The Service Provider shall provide a customer focused, professionally managed, high quality and value for money service for the duration of the Contract Period. The FM services provided under the Contract shall include the following:

 Contract management and administration

 Helpdesk, CAFM, and data management solution;

 Hard FM services comprising of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) & reactive maintenance covering:

 Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) assets and installations; and

 Building fabric maintenance.

 Soft FM services comprising of:

 Planned and Reactive Cleaning Service (including a day cleaning service and window cleaning); and

 Planned and Reactive Pest Control Service.
