BioHub is a 69,000 square foot dedicated life sciences facility which will accelerate growth and build on the strengths of the Life Sciences cluster in the North East of Scotland. BioHub is under construction on a site at Foresterhill Health Campus in Aberdeen and scheduled for handover in November 2022.

SPD 4B.1.2 Turnover - Tenderers will be required to provide yearly turnover figures for the last three complete financial years.

SPD 4B.5.1 and 4B.5.2 Insurance - It is a requirement of this contract that Tenderers hold, or can commit to obtain prior to the commencement of any subsequently awarded contract, the types and levels of insurance indicated below:

Employers (Compulsory) Liability - a minimum of 5 million GBP any one event.

Public Liability - supplier to propose suitable levels of insurance in this regard
