London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham is running a PQQ which is the first stage of a tender for the development of 31 Apartments at 11 Farm Lane, SW6 1PU. Farm Lane is a residential led development, located on the site of a former children’s home which is now vacant. The development has been successfully granted planning permission. The scheme is designed to minimise impact on neighbouring properties whilst maximising the residential amenity and play area and generate a high-quality landscape design that provides natural screening to neighbours. Access to a car park area, cycle store and refuse store are provided at ground floor.
