The scope of this service is to provision (not supply) hardware, carry out the software build, logistics to branch and install the new EPOS solution across the Post Office branch estate. The service will also include implementation management, branch readiness assessments, re-planning as required and decommissioning the legacy equipment. All work is to be completed to an agreed schedule.
Consideration is being given to dividing this service into lots on a regional basis.
