Explanation:
The proposal is for a short term extension to allow the Council to complete its Transformation of work practices post Covid-19 and address the printing requirements for hybrid working.
A short term extension will allow time for a full scoping exercise to determine our requirements. This is not a compliant route in terms of procurement regulations it is however a interim solution while a new tender is issued.
