West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service (WYFRS) is inviting organisations to participate in the Procurement process for the provision and implementation of a replacement Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system which is both ESN ready and future proofed.The solution must include:An Integrated Communication and Control System (ICCS) for the receipt and sending of telecommunications, radio communications and data communication. Mobilising System to mobilise resources to incidents (whether they are mobile or at a Station or other premises). A system by which resources are assigned to an emergency call and mobilised.Station End Equipment / Station Mobilising for the notification of the Fire and Rescue Service personnel to an incident. This includes the functionality, processes and systems necessary to mobilise resources and personnel located at stations as well as personnel on call off-station.

This includes the functionality, processes and systems necessary to mobilise resources and personnel located at stations as well as personnel on call off-station.The solution must be GD92 and MG-4 compliant and follow GD92 protocols for Officer, appliance and fire station mobilising communications and have the ability to integrate to all current and future supplied systems to provide full and enhanced functionality.
