This procurement process is being undertaken by Durham County Council on behalf of Chapter Homes. For the avoidance of doubt, all contractual arrangements will be directly with Chapter Homes.

This Framework is to appoint a Contractor to deliver proposed new market housing schemes on a design and build basis on behalf of Chapter Homes.

The Framework will be let as a sole supplier agreement with a number one ranked contractor, with a further contractor held in reserve.
