two.1.4) Short description

Maidstone Borough Council (MBC) is looking to appoint suitably experienced and qualified companies to carry out a number of professional specialist consultancy services to support its ambitious housebuilding programme.

This invitation to tender will be split into 3 Lots as follows:

Lot 1 – Development Management Support

Lot 2 – Employers Agent Services (to include Cost Consultancy; Clerk of Works and Principal Designer)

Lot 3 – Architectural RIBA Plan of Works Stages 0 - 4.1

The Council would welcome bids from multi-discipline consultancy firms that could provide the services for all three Lots, and would also welcome consortium bids from firms who feel they could come together in partnership in order to help the Council deliver our housebuilding programme. The Council reserves the right to appoint independent bidders for each lot, or a consortium/multi discipline consultancy for two or more Lots, should this offer value from a commercial or delivery perspective. Further details are provided within the tender pack and the Scope of work.
