Over the course of last three years, the Global Exams teams across seven regions have embedded the Sales, Marketing and Operational Planning (SMandOP) process as part of current ways of working. While each region has developed a set of tools/templates to support the Demand planning and Supply fulfilment at a tactical level on a weekly/monthly basis, there is no single (global) integrated business planning tool presently available for regions to do planning, both at strategic as well as at tactical level. The main purpose of this project is to procure an off-the-shelf IBP tool along with bundled services from a supplier with a proven track record of implementing IBP solutions.
