Preliminary Market Engagement Exercise.
Oldham Council is to acquire and extensively renovate a town Centre Grade 2 listed building adjacent to Metro-link tram stop to provide a flexible workspace building aimed at the creative and digital sector anticipated to complete and hand over in Q1, 2024.
Expressions of Interest are requested from established creative work-space operators who would curate and manage the building in partnership with Oldham Council.
The completed space will be operated by way of a management agreement linked to key targets including occupancy, graduation to move on space, and GVA created linked to the economic impact within the creative and digital sector.
