Reading Borough Council are completing an ITT exercise for the provision of Housing First and Flexible Response - Lot 1 must (i) deliver a high-fidelity Housing First model1 of support and acquire accommodation for clients and (ii) deliver Couples Move-on Support using assertive, creative, and flexible support responses.Lot 2 must deliver a Flexible Response Service to Rough Sleeping to include outreach, tenancy sustainment/rescue and navigator support using assertive, out of hours and flexible end-to-end responses that promote a lifestyle away from the streets and prevent people from returning.Suppliers that would like to take part in this process are invited to Express Interest upon which they will be given access to the full documentation delivered through this portal.
