The supplier shall produce a plan in conjunction with the CNC to transport Officers safely and effectively to and from locations that are to be specified. The plan should include:
• locations for transporting Officers to and from
• timetable(s) of arrival and departure point where possible
• route plans
• central pick-up point including back up options in the event of a cordon scenario
• details of accommodation availability, locations and types, non- availability
• all the above maybe amended and updated during an invocation
The supplier shall provide a website to be able to be accessible to all the CNC staff with full transport and accommodation plans and timetables available for download.
The supplier shall provide a 24/7 365 service desk to receive and process any call(s) and request(s) for transportation and accommodation in the event of a Disaster and or Threat.

This website shall be updated regularly to ensure that the most up to date information possible is available to the Customer’s personnel.

On receiving a request from the CNC, the supplier shall clarify:
• Whether the caller is an authorised user
• Details of the incident
• Number of Officers involved
• Number of vehicles required
• Number of rooms required
In accordance with the specified requirement(s) the supplier shall then assign sufficient:
• vehicles
• accommodation
