Accent is seeking a single contractor to provide a one stop service to propose designs, supply, fit, install, project/contract manage and handover the site in accordance with all building and other necessary regulations for a new office space based in Bradford City Centre, BD1.
The scope is to cover the full suite of design, construction and associated related services and supply to deliver an exciting and functional office space for Accent employees and key stakeholders to work from in Bradford. Accent is aware of the many benefits a well designed and constructed office space may deliver such as increased wellbeing, employee satisfaction, business values and increased productivity.
Accent has a budget of up to £330,000 inclusive of VAT to deliver against this project. The budget is to include all design and build elements including the fitout, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, decoration and office furniture, including the provision of network cabling, monitor arms and cable management systems integrated with the desks.
All communication in regards to this procurement must be made via the Proactis messaging portal - no other methods of communication will be responded to.
The closing date for this opportunity is 10:00am on the 11/08/2023.
Site visits will be held on the 20th and 21st July. Contractors are asked to read the clarification instructions regarding site visits.
