Description
Bangor University has received a donation from the Albert Gubay Charitable Foundation to create a state-of-the-art business school, which will be housed in the soon-to-be converted site of the former Friars Junior School on Ffriddoedd Road in Bangor. The refurbishment and development of this historic building and site will offer a really exciting opportunity to create a sector-leading business school, whilst conserving and renewing a significant, historic building in Bangor.
The project aims to focus on refurbishing the historic asset, whilst extending to include a purpose-built vibrant Business School, to enhance the visitor, student and staff experience, and in turn entice future students and staff to the University.

This will be a two stage procurement process.
Stage 1 - Interested suppliers will be required to submit a completed selection/qualification questionnaire with their request to participate. The University will exclude any supplier that is an Excluded Supplier or an Excludable Supplier based on its response to the selection questionnaire. Those suppliers that meet the conditions of participation will have their first stage submissions scored. The University will select four participants to be invited to tender, who shall be the participants who achieved the highest scores against the conditions of participation.
Stage 2 - Shortlisted tenderers will be asked to submit technical and commercial submissions. Submissions will be evaluated and the winning bidder identified.
