Leeds City Council is looking to procure a closed framework of up to 5 contractors to deliver non-housing planned maintenance works on behalf of Climate, Energy and Green Spaces to non-housing properties across the Council's estate. The contract will run for a term of 2 years with no extensions.

Tenderers will be evaluated on Financial capability and Technical capacity. There are 4 Project Specific Questions to assess Technical and Professional ability. Please note that tenderers who fail to reach the 50% pass thresholds on questions 3 and 4 and/or the 50% overall pass threshold (500 points out of 1000) will not be considered further.
