Suffolk County Council are currently out to tender for the provision of Multiply Coaching, Employment and In Work Service. This opportunity is available in the `Current Tenders` area of portal. Interested parties are invited to express their interest to gain full access to the tender documentation.Procurement Policy Note 09/21 requires us to calculate the value of contracts inclusive of VAT, however we can advertise them exclusive of VAT. The advertised value here is £4,500,000 exclusive of VAT. Please note that the contract value is £2,550,000 for the period of the contract (2 years and 8 months). There is potential for up to a 24 month extension period if any funding becomes available (note this funding is currently not available), if additional funding is available for the potential extension period the total contract value will be £4,500,000. This Open with Negotiation procurement complies with the Light Touch Regime Open procedure under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. We reserve the right to hold negotiation meetings/negotiations as we consider appropriate after tender submission during the negotiation period. If negotiation is undertaken providers who have submitted a bid will have the opportunity to submit final offers. We will review our requirements and may update the requirements to reflect discussions during the clarifications before requesting final offers. The evaluation methodology and high-level criteria will remain the same.Precise information on deadline(s) for review procedures: Suffolk County Council incorporates a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period from the point at which information on the award of contract is communicated to the tenderers. This period allows unsuccessful tenderers to seek further debriefing from the contracting authority before the contract is entered into. If an appeal regarding the award of contract has not been successfully resolved: The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 as amended provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or at risk of harm by a breach of the rules, to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland).
