As part of their Campus Reimagined programme, The University of Leeds is seeking a lead masterplanning consultant to develop a masterplan framework for its main campus. The scope of work for this appointment will include

•A strategic review and audit of existing campus facilities and space utilisation

•An evaluation of the high-level constraints and opportunities presented by the existing campus

•Development of the principles for the masterplan framework

•Projection of the University’s space needs

•Conceptual masterplan: a vision of how the physical estate could be

•Production of more detailed supporting strategies to underpin future campus development
